It never rains at Black Bear Lake! (it’s only liquid sunshine). On rainy days our indoor activities go on as usual. Campers with an outdoor elective will participate in our Indoor Rain Day Program. This includes our giant Indoor Carnival with over 10 fun boardwalk games, and tons of fun prizes, and our five cool inflatable Sport Stations, including Tee-Ball, Skee-Ball and Hooley Ball. In addition, we have 3 covered gaga courts, 4-way ping pong, air hockey, ping pong, and foosball! During a light drizzle or passing shower, campers go under tents with sidewalls and watch movies, play board games and do other camp activities. As the weather gets more inclement ALL campers are moved inside buildings. We have enough indoor buildings to accommodate all campers. All Cubs & Lower Campers ARE ALWAYS inside buildings during rainy days.
