If you would like to pay your balance by credit card, you can now do so on our secure server. We will send you a receipt when we process your credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover.

Required Forms

• Transportation Information – Central Bus Stop Request (first come/first serve basis)
• Health History Form (immunization dates needed)
• Medication Release Form (Optional – required if medicine is administered during the camp day)
• Food Allergy Action Plan (required for campers with food allergies that require an Epi-pen or antihistamine in case of an allergic reaction)
