2026 Dates & Rates
Summer Enrollment
- Camp Dates: June 29, 2026, to August 21, 2026.
- Camp is closed on Friday, July 3rd.
- Our tuition may also be eligible for Child Care Reimbursement Programs through your employer or a tax deduction on your tax return.
- Please note that we accept registration on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we meet our enrollment limits for a group, the group will be closed out. Reserve your spot as early as possible to ensure placement for the Summer of 2026.
Tuition at Black Bear Lake Day camp Includes:
- Hub OR Parent Drive to and from camp (Additional charge for Door To Door Transportation and/or Before and/or After Care
- Hot & Cold lunch prepared daily in camp- served in our air-conditioned dining hall
- Camp T-Shirt & Backpack
- All equipment, supplies, and materials for electives/activities
- A variety of snacks available throughout the day
- Trip(s) for Upper Camp (7th/8th grade) and S.T.E.P. (9th/10th grade)
Payment Options & Details
- Enrollmemt requires a $500 deposit per camper upon registration
- Second payment of $1,000 due by February 1st
- Final payment by April 1st
There is no fee for E-check or debit cards. Credit cards incur a 2.5% convenience fee.
Additional Details
- Campers enrollment is based on the grade they are entering in September 2026.
- Jr. Cubs (3 Years Old by 6/29/26) & Cubs (Entering Pre-K and Kindergarten). All Cubs must be fully potty trained by 6/29/25.
- 3 or 4 Days/Week are available for Jr. Cubs & Cubs only. 3 Days are Monday, Wednesday, Friday. 4 Days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
Flexible Weeks
- Camper weeks do not need to be consecutive.
- You do not have to know your schedule for next summer. Choose any weeks now and adjust later.
- Additional weeks can be added at any time.

Campers in 6th & 7th Year
Campers who are returning for their 6th and/or 7th summer in the upcoming camp season, will receive a Loyalty Discount of 7% off your net tuition and will be applied to your invoice. (Loyalty Discount only applies if campers are registered by October 31st for the future camp season)
Campers in 8th Year
Campers who are returning for their 8th and above summer in the upcoming camp season, will receive a Loyalty Discount of 10% off your net tuition and will be applied to your invoice. (Loyalty Discount only applies if campers are registered by October 31st for the future camp season)
Receive 10% off your tuition for active Fire Fighters, Police, EMS/EMT, and Military.
Campers in 6th & 7th Year
Campers who are returning for their 6th and/or 7th summer in the upcoming camp season, will receive a Loyalty Discount of 7% off your net tuition and will be applied to your invoice. (Loyalty Discount only applies if campers are registered by October 31st for the future camp season)
Campers in 8th Year
Campers who are returning for their 8th and above summer in the upcoming camp season, will receive a Loyalty Discount of 10% off your net tuition and will be applied to your invoice. (Loyalty Discount only applies if campers are registered by October 31st for the future camp season)

Black Bear Lake offers before & after care for an additional charge. Drop off can be between 7am and 8:45am. Pick up can be between 4:15pm and 6:00pm.

Refund Policy
Unforeseen changes to your family’s work situation, vacation plans, and health may arise at any time, so we have the following policy – From the moment you register until June 1, you may receive a FULL REFUND for any reason. There are no service charges, processing fees, and we do not keep any part of your deposit. After June 1st, a $250 Registration Fee per camper applies if enrollment is cancelled.
Payments are also refundable after camp begins if a camper does not attend for a full week of camp (beginning on a Monday and ending on a Friday) and the camp is notifies prior to 5:00 pm the Friday before the week the camper does not attend. All refunds are based on the difference between the tuition that was paid and the tuition that would have been paid had the camper enrolled for the lesser number of weeks. For example, if your child was initially enrolled for 8 weeks and you decide to cancel 1 week (with proper notice), you will be charged the 7 week tuition rate. There are no refunds for individual missed days, nor can missed days be made up.
There are no refunds or credits for missed days for any reason, for example – such as illness, vacations, transportation delays, bad weather, and other reasons. There are no refunds for campers who are dismissed or suspended from camp for violating the code of conduct or for any other reason at the camp’s discretion.
